For photos, we aim for a 24-hour turnaround time. If any delays are expected, we will inform you before the shoot. Video turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project, and we will provide an estimated delivery time upfront.

We require a 50% deposit upfront, which will be invoiced before the shoot. The remaining 50% will be invoiced after the shoot and must be paid before we deliver your content.

Photos will be delivered via our client portal, where you can download them. Videos will be sent through a shared cloud drive.
